Brad Gore is a longtime Ozarks resident with more than 20 years of experience in real estate. Raised with a strong sense of family and community, Brad’s work ethic and dedication were instilled early in life. He has built a career grounded in integrity, professionalism, and a passion for helping others, while remaining deeply connected to the region he calls home. The Ozarks, with its natural beauty, culture, and close-knit communities, have shaped Brad’s personal values and professional approach, providing a foundation for meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
Career
Brad began his real estate career over two decades ago and quickly established himself as a top-producing agent. He later became the managing partner of one of the area’s most successful sales teams, earning a reputation for leadership, marketing expertise, and client-focused service. Today, as Managing Partner and Chief Marketing Officer of One.Five Real Estate Advisors, Brad oversees all marketing initiatives for the firm while continuing to guide sellers in effectively positioning their properties.
Brad is known for his creativity, strategic thinking, and client-first mindset. He brings a thoughtful, personalized approach to every transaction, ensuring clients receive tailored guidance that meets their unique goals. His expertise extends beyond traditional marketing, combining digital strategy, branding, and market insight to maximize results for every property and client.
His dedication to the profession also includes significant community leadership. Brad has served on the Branson Planning Commission, represented both local and state REALTOR® boards, and graduated from the Local Leadership Academy. These experiences reflect his commitment not only to professional excellence but also to shaping the community and real estate industry for the better.
Community & Family
Family is central to Brad’s life and work. He treasures time spent with his wife, Samantha, and enjoys sharing his home and hobbies with their Australian Shepherd, Macy. Beyond his family, Brad co-owns Thorp Creek – Private Shooting Range, where he serves as an NRA Pistol and Rifle Instructor, Chief Range Safety Officer, and Missouri CCW Instructor. This endeavor allows him to combine his passion for shooting sports with education and community engagement, fostering a safe and responsible environment for enthusiasts of all levels.
Personal Interests
Outside of work, Brad is an avid Kansas City Chiefs fan, enjoys making homemade salsa, relaxing at Embers Cigar Lounge, and exploring the outdoors. These interests reflect his belief in balance, fun, and creating meaningful memories with loved ones, while staying connected to the culture and lifestyle of the Ozarks.
